Based upon a strong understanding of business models and the role of technology in their enablement, he has gathered extensive experience in the telecommunications sector. Specific experiences include 3 years of CRM and billings systems implementations for telcos in Germany as a department manager for Cambridge Technology Partners (www.ctp.com), 3 years as manager of the internal business consulting of a small German telco (www.primacom.de), project work with German Telecom, T-Mobile, British Telecom, Polish Telekom and coaching of a number fo executives in the US telco sector.

He teaches courses focussed on the role of new communication technologies for several universities and advises companies on how to leverage new technologies for increasing business value. Client support ranges from general management training, through IT applications training and call center agent education through strategic product development and global partnering. recent clients/projects include a 20 day training program at Etisalat (Dubai), strategic advisory services for Saudi Aramco and strategic advisory services for PwC telco industry sector.
