Am a communications trainer and motivational speaker. Have over a decade of experience in training managers and executives from diverse fields. Served as a Sales Manager in Pharmaceutical ethical marketing in India for four years, prior to my teaching and speaking career.

I currently manage a communication skills academy in addition to teaching Executive Communications and Organizational Behaviour as a visiting faculty in leading business schools in north India.

Since 1998 I am the Director of the Advanced English & Communication Academy in Chandigarh. I established the institute as one of the best in the region.

? Visiting faculty, Frankfinn Institute of Air-Hostess Training (FIAT), conducting Personality Development classes.

? Conducted teachers? training workshops in over 50 schools, for ?The Times of India?, on topics like effective communication & interpersonal skills, enhancing teaching effectiveness, Leadership & Motivation, handling adolescents and Zen and the art of living.

? Conducted effective training sessions for Elder pharmaceuticals Ltd., for managerial and staff development, on topics like enhancing interpersonal skills and personal effectiveness (With a special focus on attitudinal change).

? Conducted a six-week managerial development programme on effective Business Communication, for Alpha Drugs, Lalru.

? Conducted a highly effective interactive seminar on ?Enhancing Training Effectiveness? for soft-skills trainers & domain experts of ICFAI Business School at ICSSR complex, PU, Chandigarh.

? Provided consultancy to Center for Management Training and Research (CMTR), Mohali helping prepare MBA students for placements.

? Conducted seminars on effective communication skills at GN Khalsa College Chandigarh and Government College, Mohali.

? Key-note speaker at a seminar conducted by the Institute of Cost and Works Accountants of India (ICWAI).

A MA, with an MBA from UBS, Panjab University I am currently pursuing a PhD in Human Resource Management
