Simon has been involved in Training, Health & Safety and HR all his working life and since leaving the National Health Service in Scotland, UK in 1994 has been working within various industries as a Training Consultant. He is involved in the delivery of Safety and Leadership training, primarily but not exclusively within the Oil and Gas Sector, using a variety of delivery methods.
With his experience as an Actor, he has been very much involved in the design and delivery of training packages to all levels of industrial management, utilising the concepts and techniques of drama based experiential learning. This experience combined with more traditional techniques, provides clients with a highly innovative approach to learning.
Interactive Drama:
Using a Facilitator plus a team of 2 or 3 professional actors he will provide delegates with a unique training experience based on the concepts of Forum Theatre and Interactive Experiential Learning. This is a highly participative method of training with a high degree of interest and 'transfer of learning' capability.
With more than 12 years' experience of drama based training across many industrial sectors, he is able to offer a high quality product professionally performed and competitively priced.

Conference Presentations:
Make your conferences or meetings memorable. He will devise, and deliver a presentation to illustrate and emphasise a theme or to provoke thought and discussion.
Professional 'Role Play'.
He will provide a team of professional actors to integrate with your own training provision. This method allows for practical involvement in a variety of ways; Individual 'Case Study' with delegates, interviewing techniques or aspects of management or supervisory development and 'Customer Care' concepts.
For interactive drama and professional role play, each 'script' is developed to address client specific requirements and each character is chosen to best fit in with existing client culture.
