In his early career he was a professional software development manager and at one time worked for Lotus Development as "International Czar" where he was responsible for ensuring that products were designed for the global marketplace.
He is a speaker and writer and regularly presents on various aspects of knowledge management and learning. He runs regular knowledge caf?s in London and recently ran his first conference.
He is the founder of the a highly recognised Knowledge Community named after him - a community of over 12,000 people in 125 countries whose purpose is to help its members achieve their full potential by connecting them with like-minded people, new ideas, and alternative ways of working. Members receive the free monthly Knowledge-Letter that is now in its 5th year.
