I have been described as a motivational speaker who inspires and informs. My experience to date has seen me working in 17 countries, including America, Asia, Africa and Europe. I am one of only a handful of people who is both a founder member and Fellow of the Professional Speakers Association of Europe. My degree incorporated behavioural and social psychology and I have diplomas in performance coaching and counselling. My background is in Human Resource Management with Unilever, where I developed and honed my skills as a manager. I am author of 4 books that have sold internationally and have also appeared on radio and television. I was recently interviewed by the BBC on what advice I would give Tony and Cherie Blair on how to handle stress. I have been running my own training and speaking business since 1991. My clients include Manchester United Football Club as well as other global business such as Shell Chemicals and Fujitsu.
