Applying the principles of Philip Crosby (a philosophy in which he has earned a high reputation as practitioner and lecturer) Roger successfully transformed the business through focusing on its people, meeting their development needs and the implementation of the Kaizen principles.

Initially studying as an Electronics Engineer he made a strategic career move to Research and Development Engineer. In this role he specialised in fibre optics to become a research and development engineer for the communications market.

His breadth of experience enables him to provide a high level of support and guidance to his clients as they embark on Best Practice implementation.
