Training and Development Consultant

This facilitator is a training consultant and coach with several years experience delivering programmes in both the public and the private sector. She is known for her warm and energising approach through which she creates a climate in which to maximise learning.

She has a degree in psychology and is a Master Practitioner and Certified Trainer in Neuro-Linguistic Programming (NLP). She uses a coaching approach in her training which enables individuals and teams to recognise and work with their values and to acquire the tools which will enable them to accelerate their own performance.

Prior to establishing her training company in 1999 she worked as a lecturer and senior manager in a college of further and higher education. Her role as ?Dean of Students? involved managing a team of 14 people who worked both locally and internationally in assessing and supporting students.

In addition to her training role she is a Clinical Hypnotherapist and works both with individuals and organisations to address a range of issues.

This charismatic lady facilitator is a glider pilot and has her NPPL pilot?s license. She enjoys challenging herself to improve her own performance and shares what she learns from her experiences with others.
