EFQM Excellence Model Specialist Consultant
This facilitator is the Managing Director of a training and consultancy organisation that specialises in the use of the EFQM Excellence Model. He is registered with the British Quality Foundation and holds a current licence to deliver EFQM Assessor Training.
His practical involvement with the Model began in 1992 and he spent several years as a Senior Assessor for the European Quality Award.
In 1999 he was a member of the Executive Team that helped a major Financial Sevices organisation win the UK Business Excellence Award.
At that time he realised that he had a real passion for Business Excellence and decided to take a change in career direction to help other organisations achieve their ambitions.
He now works with private, public and voluntary sector organisations of all sizes performing self-assessment programmes, supporting business improvement activity and providing help, guidance and support for Award applications.
