I am founder and principal of a UK based consultancy specialising in diversity and culture change in organisations. My clients are some of the most active diversity practitioners in the world.
I also founded the Diversity Benchmarking Group and most recently the Diversity Networking Club. I have 20 years business experience from working in large organisations such as Exxon and Andersen, up to senior management level.
Prior to founding my diversity consultancy I worked for 4 years in Big Five consultancy, where I established and led his own practice.
