Due to my experience as Head of Operations and as an entrepreneur, I have the ability to understand and relate to the strategic needs of operations. I am able to offer consultative solutions that are strategic in nature and align with long-term organization competence and culture needs. I have worked across a range of industries and clients to offer consultative solutions to meet their OD needs. Which included design and deployment of Leadership, Team-building, Diagnosis and Breakthrough and Transformation interventions.

Ability to understand the marketing, positioning and communications needs of a business and work with agencies to evolve and deploy the same

Ability to identify suitable markets and business partners as part of channel building/franchise development
