Adrian H is a keynote speaker, professional executive and team coach, and accomplished adventurer who recently became only the 15th person in the World, and the fastest person in history, to achieve the three pinnacles of extreme adventure and exploration on the planet - walking to the North & South Poles and summitting Mt Everest, known as the '3 Poles'.
A former Gurkha Officer and special forces soldier in the British Army, educated at the Royal Military Academy Sandhurst, Adrian has a CV that is packed with wide ranging experiences, action, and, above all, achievement – in both the business and sporting/adventure fields.
In business, the MBA qualified executive has been in senior positions in a variety of industries, including the Regional Sales Director for Airbus Middle East – in which he was responsible for selling or placing nearly 200 aircraft in the Middle East/West Asia region.
In the field of personal development, having written a thesis on appraisal systems on his MBA, Adrian went on to study the wider afore-mentioned subject over a period of 12 years, and this led him into the coaching & speaking profession in 2004, in which he now runs his own company.
A resident of Dubai, he has lived and worked in 8 countries, visited 100, and speaks 3 languages (Arabic, Nepalese and Malay) in addition to English.

My first aim in every keynote or workshop delivered is to leave audiences as inspired as they can possibly be. The core component of my story, reaching the 3 Poles of the Earth, is that primary inspiration.
However, this only forms a part of the story. Linking that inspiration to solid lessons for individuals and corporations is a key component of my work. In this, I bring numerous lessons from my coaching, corporate and military background to complement the experience.
Inspiring people, and companies, to achieve big things and fulfill their highest potential is that main aim.

The aim in all this is to develop people in a way that goes far deeper than normal adventure based keynotes. My coaching background again provides the key to this, and my seminars give a large number of core coaching principles and tools for audiences to take away and use in their personal and business lives.

I personally believe this subject is given more air and print time than is usually warranted - with a lot of waffle. I aim to 'cut the crap' and get to the real meat of what leadership means and how to achieve it.
