Mark Schäfer (Managing Partner) is a founding Partner and brain-child of The Knowledge Brokers, Mark is responsible for the overall direction of the company worldwide, the direct liaison with key-accounts and experts. Mark also oversees its speakers / keynotes / celebrity sourcing services, managed training services, engagement and expert verification activities and their quality assurance globally. A German citizen, Mark's rather unusual academic background lies in robotics engineering and philosophy. Mark also holds a board-member position in another specialist services firm.
Archana Schäfer (Managing Partner) is a founding Partner of The Knowledge Brokers which was founded in 1999. India born Archana oversees client relations, global business development, marketing and the liaison with key-accounts and experts in Asia and the Middle East / GCC countries. Archana is fluent in 4 languages.

Osama Alarabi (Associate Partner - KSA) has joined our team in March 2008 and heads our Saudi Arabia operations covering three major cities Riyadh, Jeddah and Dammam. Osama overlooks The Knowledge Brokers' marketing and specialist expert sourcing efforts in KSA. He has solid work experience in a well recognized multi-international defence company as an Organization Development Consultant. He has also designed, developed and delivered numerous training programmes and workshops to companies and individuals such as corporate soft skills, leadership and management, motivation, self inventories. He is the co-founder and CEO of a Recruitment and Selection Company.
Deepa Agarwal (Associate Partner - India) joined TKB in 2006. She has rich and relevant experience, over 8 years, in the areas of Research, HR Consulting and Facilitation. She started her career as a Research Assistant, handled several research assignments in the field of Economics, commissioned by the Ministry of Commerce as well as the Madras School of Economics, across industries, ranging from Leather, Tourism to the Recruitment industry. An outstanding communicator, Deepa worked with leading Executive Search firms, specialising in the manufacturing sector and has successfully closed top positions. Among her highly sought-after expertise lies executed coaching as well as career planning of fresh recruits.
Kranti Jamdar (Assistant Manager - Client Support) joined our India Office in February 2007 as our first junior appointment. Kranti is a highly talented individual with outstanding communication and coordination skills. Her primary responsibility lies in coordinating with our Indian clients highest levels of service quality of our projects.

Eric Studtfeld (Associate Partner - Europe) joined The Knowledge Brokers in December 2005 and heads our European operations from our office in Germany's capital Berlin. His background lies in event management from small gatherings to mega events - Eric clearly made himself a name in the industry. He oversees our Europe-wide marketing and expert sourcing activities mainly of Celebrity Speakers and specialist experts from Europe and North America.

Suresh Mirpuri, Country Head (UK & Ireland), joined our team in November 2006 in London, United Kingdom. Suresh overlooks The Knowledge Brokers' marketing and specialist expert sourcing efforts from our London office. Previously founder and CEO of Checkline, one of the leading suppliers of card processing systems in the UK he now devotes a great deal of his time to The Knowledge Brokers and maintaining a hobby and passion of inventing things for the automobile industry.
